Mind-Body, Birth

Are you part of an obstetrician’s office, hospital, birth center, community center, non-profit, yoga studio—or even a group of friends—looking to enhance the childbirth experience? The Mind-Body, Birth approach is designed to revolutionize how individuals prepare for birth. With three course options at different price points, there’s a perfect fit for your group’s needs and budget.

This course blends research-backed education, engaging activities, and deep relaxation through sound therapy and guided meditation. Each module is designed to expand participants’ understanding of childbirth from a biopsychosocial perspective. Attendees will practice techniques shown to improve the birth experience while working through the exclusive Mind-Body, Birth Workbook to build a personalized birthing toolkit.

While this course is not a replacement for traditional birth classes, it enhances the birthing journey with additional knowledge and techniques. Designed specifically for birthing individuals, the course fosters a safe, open space for personal growth. It also includes Support Reports and Support Person worksheets, encouraging conversation and learning with support people outside the class.
