Refund Policy for Online Programs

1. Refund Eligibility Sound Birthing strives to provide high-quality products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@sound-birthing.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

2. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at contact@sound-birthing.com with your purchase details. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within seven business days.

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Programs

1. Cancellation by Participant If you need to cancel your registration for an in-person or virtual program program, please notify us at least seven days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this time may result in forfeiture of your course fees.

2. Cancellation by Sound Birthing Sound Birthing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an in-person program due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to accommodate rescheduling or provide refunds.

Accommodation for Missed In-Person Classes

1. Missed Classes Attending class is the responsibility of the participant. When possible, reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate participants who miss an in-person class. This may include providing a recorded copy of the missed session, subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling of Whole Courses In the event that an entire course needs to be rescheduled, reasonable attempts will be made to find a suitable alternative date. However, if the course cannot be rescheduled due to conflicts or a lack of timely response from the booking party, the course may not be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
